After checking in at the marina our friendly crew will literally show you the ropes. So once out on the water if you want you can take a rope or steer the helm and help the crew sail this harbour cruising yacht.
Or just sit back in the open cockpit and enjoy the expansive views of the bustling city from the best spot in town, as you depart the Viaduct Basin where there are many luxury super yachts at their moorings and head for the open waters of the stunning Auckland harbour.
Enjoy a drink, complimentary hot beverage or a local wine or beer from the cash bar on board, while our crew provide an informative commentary about Auckland harbour and its great sailing past.

Getting to pilot a 80 foot sailboat was a blast! This excursion was booked for us and not one we’d normally choose but can’t say how thankful we were to have this experience. The crew was a delight and the way they encouraged us all to participate was very much appreciated. Getting a chance to pilot a 80 foot sailboat is a memory of a lifetime. Two hours went by like five minutes and it was unforgettable. Don’t miss this one!

I have a child under 5, can they come on the cruise?
Yes, they are welcome on board and there is no charge for under 5's.
Is the cruise ever cancelled due to bad weather?
This is very unlikely as we are sailing in the sheltered waters of the harbour, but safety is paramount and the skipper will cancel the cruise in extreme circumstances. A full refund or an alternative sailing date will be given though.
